Congrats!
Now someday/someyear my 2-door WildTrak with Lux, SAS, Trailer, MIC, Roof Rack, Mod Bumper and more might get built...
Of course by then Bronco may be getting it's first 'refresh' and Wrangler's mid-cycle refresh may be out...
I added the modular bumper to my WildTrak build (Lux, MIC, Cloth, SAS, Tow, Roof Rack & More) because it weighs quite a bit more than stock (which should mean slightly heavier front springs) and will be an easy sell when I replace it with something like a Warn Elite and Warn winch!
Now if it...
I also would love to hear from any members who have installed a Warn Elite on their Bronco. I have one on my Wrangler and love it...
From Warn's website:
OK, The views were great but let's be honest...There was NOTHING tough about that trail. Maybe I'm just used to real 'Jeep trails' but that was nothing but a Sunday drive through beautiful country...No offense to anyone but let's see some Bronco's on tough trails!
I have the Warn Elite front bumper with hoop and a Warn Zeon 10-S winch on my Wrangler and plan to use the same setup whenever I get my Bronco. IMHO the Warn Elite front setup for the Bronco looks awesome!
I just priced a fairly loaded WildTrak 2-door (MIC, SAS, LUX, Roof Rack, 10-Speed Auto, Tow, Mod Front Bumper, Console Safe and more but with Cloth Seats) and it was $59K and change...
Also just priced out a Rubicon 2-door (2.0 Turbo, 8-Speed Auto, Hardtop, Front Camera, Full Time 4x4...
Had three Raptors SuperCabs before some idiot at Ford got the 'better idea' of only making Raptors with 4-doors...Anyway my first and third Raptor were flawless, loved those trucks! However, my second Raptor looked liked it had been assembled by a one-armed blind moron, worst QC or lack thereof...
This is likely going to be a looooong wait: Have built a fairly loaded (SAS, LUX, MIC, Roof Rack, Console Safe, Cloth Seats) 2-door WildTrak in Velocity Blue at a large local dealer...Now just waiting for the order banks to supposably open in March. Dealer was honest and said unless Ford gets...
Yup, the 392 Rubicon is fun and badass...Just has two major flaws: 2 extra doors! If they offered 2-door 392 Ruby I would not be lusting after a 2-door WildTrak!:)
Thanks guys for the quick response!
If I do decide to retrofit (I have it on my JL Ruby 2-door and use it a lot on our Arizona rocky trails...) I will absolutely post a parts list and install highlights!
From what I gather with the Wildtrak, you get a bit heavier duty steering/suspension which...
Hello all, my first post...
After searching through the Ford website it looks like (Since no 2-door Raptor option exist) the Wildtrak can be ordered with everything I want with the exception of the front sway bar disconnect...Do any members here know if the OEM electronic disconnect can be...
