Fordās PremiumCARE ESP lists āshock absorbersā as a maintenance item that would NOT be covered. The brochure explicitly states this. Every extended warranty, OEM or aftermarket, includes some language about not covering maintenance items, so understanding the replacement costs of those...
does the transfer case have a center differential? if not, that's probably the reason for the binding during sharp turns on pavement and the difference in behavior from other true AWD systems. the 4A clutches can accommodate enough slip to compensate for left/right wheel speed differential in...
did you ever figure this out? I also disabled the EQ and changed the other audio settings and noticed that the ESE turned off. I haven't been able to turn it back on, even when reverting back to my as-built conifguration.
which KMC wheels do you have? shouldn't be too hard to use the existing center cap as a template and design one for the spare that works with the camera. this was probably about a ten minute project, if that, from taking measurements to creating the CAD and sending it off to print.
Didnāt like the massive gap between the center bore on the spare and the camera housing so I made a custom center cap. Makes it look more finished š¤·š»āāļø

Located in the Concord/Charlotte, NC area for local pickup.
Had it on my 4 door Badlands 7MT for about 6 months. Should fit 2- and 4-doors with either engine. Worked great with the 7MT but I ended up selling my bronco so Iām posting it for someone else to enjoy.

Thatās not true at all. If you put the add-a-circuit in the wrong way, you can have the new circuit on the hot side, leaving you with no fuse protection. You can test this by attaching a test light to the add-a-circuit with the fuse removed. If the light comes on with no fuse, itās in the wrong way.
