OK it only gets worse. I am being told that I only had 1 year after the initial replacement to fil a claim with Ford! Ford is stating it is not their issue anymore? I was told by one Dealership to wait until I was near the end of my warranty to give FORD time to actually fix the issues... NOW...

The dealership knows they are there and sent the pics in and the administrator at Ford says they can't see the cracks!

Well just to be completely forthcoming, this is the "new roof" 2 years later. and Ford is saying they can't see any cracking that would warrant a third roof. My warranty expires Nov. 4 of this year 2024. really hope they do the right thing and that the next roof lasts a bit longer than a year...

I haven't adjusted them. I have the "normal" rattle when the windows are up, but have never noticed any change in rattle or loudness when they were down. they have always just rattled a bunch. I did take it back to the dealer early on in 2021, and they said the rattles were normal back then.

I had that same issue last winter and in the end, it needed a battery software update from the dealer...the servos that control the drivetrain were getting stuck due to reduced power. now my battery charges at a higher voltage and I haven't had a repeat of the issue.
