I've had this same thing happen twice now. The first time Oracle replaced them (like 6 months ago) and now the new ones are doing it again. They won't replace again stating the original purchase date for the warranty.

So sent them an email today and got this back. Then opened up my recent order from them to check my order and get this. It appears that are done. It's a shame because I ordered 3 times from them in the past and the products were good. Time to contact the bank for this last order.
