Will a 35x12.5x17 fit on the sasquatch wheel with no additional work needing to be done to the bronco?

I am looking at the Black Rhino Atlas wheels. 17x8.5 -10offset. Will these fit without any additional work?

The 2 door OEM roof rack is out of stock on the ford website but they have the 4 door rack. Will this fit the 2 door? Its the exact same price and looks like its the same size.

Lance Cunningham Ford is listing their Broncos with a $20,000 markup (should be illegal). When you go on their website they have the price with the $20k markup and then a dealer discount of $2000 as if they are really helping the buyer hahaha they should be ashamed of themselves.
