Thanks, that is what I was afraid of. Before these tail lights I have been pretty happy with Morimoto products but it sounds like we might be out of luck.

Anyone with a halogen bronco have these working? I called Morimoto last week and let them know the replacements are doing the same thing. They sent me 20ohm resistors which in theory should work. I haven't put them in yet. Has anyone put the 20ohm resistors in and have the tail lights working...

Thanks for the info. I'll take a look. Kind of funny, that is the behavior that I am experiencing with the resistors that Morimoto sent me. Glad you mentioned that because I'd be bummed to think I had it fixed and have the same thing happen again.

Seems like a pretty cool feature that it disconnects the battery and saves enough juice to start the vehicle. Seems kind of silly to need an app on your phone for the battery. If it were me I'd snag a yellow top and pick up one of these bad larry's and still quite a bit cheaper than the orange...

They do provide a slight lift, around 1.5” in the front and 0.5” for the rear. When I took the first photo I thought there was a little more of a rake than I was expecting but that has all settled. I really like the way it sits now.

I did ask about the upper control arms, but the rep I had been talking to said I was good with the OEM SAS UCA’s. I can show the alignment sheet if you are interested but they were able to get it back into alignment after the 8112’s were on.

I had my eyes on this kit for a while as well. I’d have to find the source, but I recall the ShockSurplus guys saying that you could likely run 37’s with a spacer on top of the shocks. I didn’t look into it too far though because I’m not planning to go any larger in tire size.
