What do you recommend wiring the Red-Yel and Blu-Wht leads to if trucks without the upfitter switches? I've seen the example where it was wired into the fuse box, but I'm not sure how I can replace the box cover without drilling.

Once you wired into the fuse box, how did you get the fuse box cover back on? Did you have to drill a hole for the cable to pass through?
