  1. 2021 Big Bend 2.3L 7MT build —“BroncoNon”

Honestly the oem clutch was flimsy compared to the new clutch. The shop did the work for 2k for installation, brake line bleeds, and unexpected part orders. ( i bought the clutch independently) I appreciate it, most of the aesthetics i have are functionally place except for some that are just...
  2. 2021 Big Bend 2.3L 7MT build —“BroncoNon”

Nah youre not doing anything wrong, Im just heavy handed & rough with things So the oem comfort is not something i prefer, i just wanted to make the bronco into a ride that id not have to worry about if going 65 from asphalt to gravel, as well as making it up to par with the vision i had for...
  3. 2021 Big Bend 2.3L 7MT build —“BroncoNon”

The clutch is definitely performance difference, it bites sooner but more securely than the oem. It is noisier with a bit of a “grinding” noise, but its not anything that is actually a problem. I do have to keep the bronco in sport mode to help the quick shifting, since it wants to catch...

I originally had the same design from Xprite usa, but they shorted and weren’t working well. The headlights from dv8 are more well built, and alot brighter. Ive head to adjust the light height down a good bit as the normal lights are blind and the high beams are the sun lol

the only times i go into 1st is when in traffic, or taking off from a stop. Other than that, 2nd gear is the lowest when in rolling motion.
  16. OEM vs Upgraded Manual Drivetrain (B&M short throw shifter & Steeda softer clutch pedal spring) on 2.3L 7MT

The setup I currently run is the OEM clutch with the B&M short throw shifter & the Steeda 40% softer clutch pedal spring. The factory 2.3L Bronco manual is comfort-biased. Ford prioritized smooth engagement, Noise/Vibration/Harshness suppression, and wide driver tolerance. It’s easy to drive...
