Tank held fluid fine, as I topped it up the day prior but when I tried to use the washers (first time ever on the new to me Bronco) nothing came out. Then after I stopped a few minutes later, I noticed fluid running down from front passenger side and puddling under the Bronco.
I would assume...
I am going to add the HOSS 3.0 setup from Ford to my recently purchased 2 door HEL and was wondering if an owner adds a winch and carries tools/etc in back would the 4 door shocks work better than the 2 door versions.
What are the differences between the 2 and 4 door versions?
Had less than 7K miles on the odometer and was bought to replace the Wildtrak that was totaled.
Quick process by State Farm as Wildtak was wrecked on the 3rd of June and I was able to buy this yesterday the 13th.
Filling her up on the way home
Though about posting in "Trip Reports" as we were making the trek over to the big city (pop 15K)
Well this is what happened to me today. while taking my wife to the dentist.
Idiot (the guy in the picture) made a left turn in front of me (and another vehicle) at a traffic light controlled...
I recently saw a video about this nylon material piece that can be installed on a Jeep to prevent water from pouring into the cargo area when the rear glass is raised in the rain.
Does anyone make something similar for the 6G Bronco...
Can anyone post a link or video on how to access the captive nut for the rearmost passenger side body mount.
It appears I stripped it while doing a body lift.
As the title states, I'm interested in what amp load the OEM circuits will support. From what I gather there are no fuses for these circuits?
Wanting to know when it's safer to just use them to activate an add on relay to provide power to aftermarket lights
Early Bronco guy and thus I'm new to this independent front suspension stuff, so pardon my ignorance.
I have a 23 Wildtrak and it seems to me that with 35 (ok 34.4") tires stock that with a 1.5" body lift there should be room to clear 37s.
I understand there is a need to go with different...
Sorry if this was covered already (if so link?)
I want to upgrade from the OEM Goodyear 35s on my 23 Wildtrak but most heavier duty tires are close to 80 pounds.
I know Ford went with really light tires as stock so I am wondering how the added mass will affect the HOSS 3.0's handling?
I didn't find anything with search (though perhaps I didn't phrase it right).
Even when I have the setting at max the buttons are very dim. Is there an issue or is it just the way things are with the crappy interior lighting of the Bronco?
Anything to check?
We no longer live in 29 Palms (did for 34 years) but I keep the moniker on forums,
I am new to the 6G but not to Broncos or 4wheeling. I have been wheeling for over 45 years, to include the Hammer Trails and the Mint 400. I was active with SoCalBroncos while living in California
