I looked in the index and I do at the dash clusters but I see no reference to the mpg value that is displayed. The analog gauge goes up/down but the value is stuck on 17.8 Do I need to reset it? The user manual leaves a bit to be desired.

Where is the power distribution that I can connect things to? I'm an amateur radio guy and would like to be able to control power to various rigs. I have no idea where? I checked the big fuse block under the hood...lots of empty positions...is there a key to them somewhere? Or are they just...
