I’ve been really happy with the 33” Bridgestone A/T Ascent tires I put on about 2,000 miles ago. Not as aggressive looking at the KO2/3, but better on pavement and in wet/snow and still capable for moderate offroading.
Just got back to this. I started from scratch and followed these instructions again, but it still leaves this DTC code that I cannot reset. As indicated, when I start the car the check-engine light does NOT come on (“Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC”). But I’ve tried to reset it...
The error was this: U0137, "Lost Communication with Trailer Brake Control Module".
I installed the kit VS2DZ-15A416-C, does it actually include a brake controller…?
I don’t know which module caused the error, I didn’t check codes until I had done them all. Very possible I messed something up...
Thanks for this. I tried this on my 2025 Base, but ended up with a code that I couldn’t remove. Something about “lost contact with trailer control module”? Sorry, should have written it down. I reverted all changes to saved backups and all is well … except trailer module is still not enabled, of...
Yes, I’ve been eyeing the stripe kit from UG Graphics - they even make it in Wimby White (which I requested and received a sample of and it’s excellent).
New member in this club as of July when we picked up our 2025 EG Base. We love it! Recently put some new wheels on it and contemplating doing some more small retro adjustments (FORD grille painted Wimbledon White, maybe wrap the top in WW, etc.)
I’ve been happy with them so far, about 1500 miles in. TireRack’s review is right in that they’re on the firm side, but honestly the stock tires weren’t that smooth either. I was won over by their wet/ice/snow performance numbers in the TireRack comparison test, as I live in MN and (although I...
Not sure what they’d look like with a lift. They’re 33” like standard Badlands, for what that’s worth. I got them at Discount Tire - asked them to price-match Costco, and they came back and beat it by $50 per tire.
FWIW, I just took them on a 400 mile trip and they ran very nice.
I just put 285/70 r17s on my Base, and went with Bridgestone Dueler Ascent A/T. They’re nice and quiet and do great in rain/snow (see TireRack tests). Super happy with these - not as aggressive looking as some A/Ts, but I do mostly on-road driving so that was the priority.
Bronco: 2025 Base, Eruption Green, no lifts/mods
Wheels: Nomad Field 504 vintage white, 17x8.5 +35
Tires: Bridgestone Dueler Ascent, LT285/70 17
Just about zero tread poke, about an inch of sidewall poke. Waiting on metal hubcaps, but I’m pretty excited about this look, as is. Included a...
Hi all - I’m new to the Bronco community. We just picked up our 2025 2-door base (green). Plan is to upgrade lots of things, but first on the list is rims/tires. It looks to me (on paper) like the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent is a great fit for our needs: mostly on-road but want capability...
