The difference is real! I swapped some Fox Hoss 3.0 shocks from a Wildtrack onto my 2025 Heritage with the standard Sasquatch Bilsteins with remote reservoirs. The biggest thing--MUCH more plush. MUCH quieter. Bumps are a bump, not a rattle. Very very pleasantly surprised.
ALSO, I added 8mm spacers to all four corners of the swap. The spacers are 8mm, but the top hats of the strut are uneven. The net effect is about 14mm.
Before: BACK 39.5" to the fender, FRONT 39" to the fender
After: BACK 39.75" to the fender, FRONT 39.75" to the fender
This was a 6 piece kit that raised the front of the Bronco 2" if it's all used in the front. I used them at each end for a level stance, and left the lower spacers off. The funny thing is that even though it's less than 1", I notice the difference.
I highly recommend both the Fox swap and the 8mm spacer level...they work.
