oh ok the factory is parallel. yeah duh the reason for the track bar. I have put a triangulated 4 link in my 79 bronco crawler and my 76 is getting one also. guess I might have to look into the truss and go from there. I'm going to guess that the truss is to be welded to the axle?

thanks. I'll have to see how my 7.3 project goes. I dropped the damn adapter down in the oil pan. I need to try and fish it out or have a shop fish it out. really not up for the other option, pulling the engine.

Hello does this have the gen 1 or 2 truss? Gen 2 has thicker metal and extra gussets. If you are the original purchaser and received a gen 1 RK should have sent you a gen 2 proactively. Thx

If you’re willing to open the box and snap pix of the upper arm brackets and attachment areas we’ll be able to tell pretty easily. I’m only aware of this after watching YouTube videos of the kit being installed and one content creator encountered this luckily before installing it. Someone here on B6G was actually involved in the process. Thx

Mine is a first gen version. However, Rockkralwer is being kind enough to send me the updated version, despite my having purchased the kit through a store front. Good peeps.
