Texas Spicer M220 4.88 Ring & Pinion, Ford M220 OEM E-Locker, and M220 Outer Axle Bearing and Seal Kit ($450 Shipped)

I ordered a 4.46 ring/pinion set for my Rangers rear M220 from Spicer, but instead, received a 4.88 set in a 4.46 box. I promptly had them installed along with a set of 4.46's for the front. Naturally, I couldn't drive it this way in 4wd and had to get around in 2wd until (10k Miles later), Spicer sent me the correct ratio along with a new E-Locker. I just had these removed, and replaced by the correct ratio, and had the mechanic replace the E-Locker as well since I was gifted a new one. The 4.88 ring and pinion set is as new with just less than 10k miles on them. They were properly broken in with the oil being changed after 500 miles using Amsoil. The E-locker has only been activated a few times, has about 50k miles on it, and operates as it should. I'm also including an outer axle bearing and seal kit as mine looked just fine and didn't need replacing.

All of these items new would be over $1500.
I'm asking $450 for everything. I'll also include the cost of shipping to the lower 48 if my asking price is met..... so this is a GOOD DEAL for anyone looking to upgrade to an E-Locker and a 4.88 ratio.

If this is including the differential carrier you have in the photo it’s a very good deal for someone - just need a rebuild kit and good to go

Just to clarify - it looks like an end bearing/race and not the locker coil in the photo - would also need the “apply plate” that sits between the coil and the stabs on the locker (the 4 pegs in your 1st and 4th photos - thats where the plate and coil would set)

Yes it includes the carrier (locker)., but not the coil/apply-plate that activates it. This would be a great deal for someone with a bad locker/carrier that's also looking to change to a 4.88 ratio. Like you stated just add the ring and pinion install kit and you're good to go.
