At Hooke Road, your feedback drives our innovation. Since launching this hardtop removal cart, we've carefully reviewed every comment and concern you've shared. We don't just listen—we take action. Today, we're proud to announce a series of major upgrades that directly respond to your input and take this product to the next level.
Here’s what we’ve enhanced:
1. More Stable Base: We extended the base's rectangular structure from 820mm to 900mm, making the entire cart more stable.
2. Simplified Connections: The connection between the base and vertical posts now uses an "X" design. This reduces components and makes installation much more straightforward.
3. Refined Ratchet Mechanism: The ratchet position has been moved to the handle side and now features a semi-circular housing. This improves the product's overall form and functionality.
4. Better Feel, Easier Setup: We've upgraded the brake handle to a metal construction for a better tactile feel. Plus, the connection between the brake cable and ratchet is now pre-assembled, greatly simplifying installation.
5. Improved Top Contact: The adjustable rubber pads have been replaced with fixed rectangular rubber blocks on the contact plates for more consistent and secure contact with your hardtop.
