Bought my 2021 Bronco Badlands SAS new, at 55,000 miles I took off my stock Badlands SAS Goodyears and opted for the new Falken Wildpeak AT4W LT 35” tires.

After living with the tires on and offroad I have some thoughts to share on my experience with these tires.

had a request from another Bronco owner for tire and rim weight info - so I figured I would post so everyone can see

Depending on what tire you get and load rating - I purchased the LT variation which is heavier than the non LT.

it’s true 35 inch, 68 pounds - however I am no longer using the original Sasquatch badlands rims beadlock capable @ 37 pounds per rim. The rims I replaced them with are mono block aluminum and 11 pounds less.

For a total of 94 pounds.

The stock Sasquatch GoodYear Territory tire is 53 pounds plus 37 pound stock rim for a total 90 pounds.

Note: I opted for the 11.5 inch verses the 12.5. I didn’t need the bigger load rating. The original GoodYear tire is a 12.5 but it’s actually only about 1/4 inch in total wider when on the rim vs Falken on the rim - so insignificant.

However if you opt for the 12.5 when comparing Falken LT tires. The Falken is much wider (about an inch) and taller 35.1 inch and is a 10 ply vs 6 ply, but also it’s 10 pounds heavier per tire.
