Fuel sensor junction by fuel tank, can't find part number?

I've looked all over diagrams for this part. I see the part in one of the diagrams, however its not highlighted. The part is itself is in front of the gas tank and has a sensor connected to the top of it, and then two fuel lines that come out of it. I punctured it on the trail with a log..

Any help with a part number or or advice on if can even just splice a new hose in that section. To get home we wrapped with electrical tape and it still leaking, but made it home!

Howd you get a log way up in there? Maybe a big stick?

I've had my tank out multiple times and dont recall seeing this part.

We took a wrong turn and ended in a clear cut feel of loose logs and sticks, it even dented my floor pan
