Going to the Gilford, NH Off Roadeo on May 30th?

I went to the event the middle of May and had a blast. I was almost out of time to use my free pass and figured being from NY, the NH Off-Roadeo would be homestyle Northeast terrain. I came from a world of rock crawling back when I was a little younger and built Jeeps for crawling. I will honestly say that I was blown away by the factory capabilities of a turn-key off the lot vehicle. After doing this event. The obstacles aren't anything wild but for anyone new to off-roading or getting back into it after years away, they were perfect. I will absolutely be doing more with my own so anyone looking to do any wheeling in the Northeast, we should start a meetup thread.

You can also do some extra-curricular off-roading after the Roadeo. I'm sure this is the case with other locations (especially Moab), there are many opportunities to get in your own rig. The purpose of this thread was to organize an additional ride, but that didn't work out due to various reasons, particularly weather. But I was still able to climb around Peaked Hill, NW of the Off Roado site at Gunstock Mtn, and get my daughter her sunset pictures.
