This guy talks about a $20,000 repair on his one month old bronco…….

Correction, this guy won't shut the f*CK up about his issue. Thinks that posting it everywhere is going to make it go away faster. Plus the trucks he builds are just ugly overkill

My 2026 Badlands Lux has this on the left rear pillar. Very disappointing. I don’t notice until a couple days after delivery.

Well put. Very disappointing and not a whole lot you can do about it. Kind of sorta not worth stressing over.

Why does it look like two different color paints, camera angle?

Two different Broncos…..
I asking about a single photo of the pitting, the top appears blue/gray while the face appears green?

Since that structure is part of the crash protection system and vehicle structure, I'm pretty sure that Ford would want to fix/repair/replace to avoid liability.

Of course I’m concerned because in approximately two weeks we will be picking up our new Bronco…… About 1,650 miles away. And I am sure nobody wants to see this stuff on their new vehicle……….

I saw that original video where the guy is complaining about his white bronco and other people replied that they have the same issue and one guy posted a picture of his green bronco. I’ve been on this website approximately three months, probably more. I have not seen anybody complain about this issue yet. That is why I posted it to see how big of an issue this really is. I never claimed that was my vehicle.

What's shown in the photo is purely cosmetic and not an issue. Ideally Ford would clean the weld areas better but that is not rust or risk of structural damage.

OP I don't know if Bronco ownership is for you. If you are going to worry about non-issues before even taking delivery, I can't imagine how you will be able to handle real issues because there are some with these vehicles. Like I seriously hope you ordered a painted top and not a MIC top.

Believe it or not I am not a pansy…..lol. I am used to all kinds of screwed up issues. I can’t even begin to tell you how many jeeps I’ve owned over the years and now I’m switching over to a bronco. With defects sometimes you just gotta “” tuff it out””. We had to do a buyback on one of our jeeps because it was a super lemon. I probably had close to about 10 jeeps now. And each one has had its problems from minor to major. I just saw this rollbar issue pop-up a couple of days ago and I wanted to see if it has happened a lot. If it is on the bronco that we ordered when we pick it up in two weeks that will be OK because now I know about it and it is no longer a surprise. Been there / Done that. We just got rid of my wife’s 22 Wrangler and my 23 gladiator in the last few months. Yes, i do sll of my own work…. All of it.

Jeep hasn’t been jeep in a while. I draw the line AMC because Dodge…. Show me an old CJ-5/7… I’ve had Toyotas for years (still have the 92 4x)and would love to put together an old 40 if I could find one that wasn’t too bad off, but here in Ohio is slim pickings. I’m sure the people who designed the Bronco doors and the top spent a week with a jeep and realized what needed to be fixed. I’ve heard it said the only thing that Jeep drivers hate more than bronco drivers are gladiator drivers but I don’t know if that’s true or not. When Ford wanted to cancel my order over transmission and hardtop shortages I considered a Ruby, but couldn’t withstand cult membership. My ultimate four-wheel-drive would be a late 70s FJ-40. Late model V8 made it to a manual box icon style but home brewed obviously. That white Ruby is my favorite. I have a cyber orange two-door wild track, hard top and a Havoc bikini/fastback soft top.
