Same. I get a message saying I'm blocked. Not sure if it's because I'm using a VPN at work but they are blocking potential buyers from their site.

If you are using a VPN, that is the likely issue.
If you are just talking about where it says, "verifying you are human," it does that to everyone now due to increased Shopify security. If you are having issues with it not actually allowing you to connect to the website at all, please DM me so I can figure out what is triggering the firewall for you. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. It's the day and age we live in anymore. Bots are a problem. Salty competitors are an even bigger problem.
Firewalls have become an absolute necessity anymore.

Please DM me if you are still having issues getting through to the website. The last thing we want to do is block real customers from the website, but the increased security measures have become a necessity. If you DM me, I can track exactly what is triggering the firewall for you.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. We are still working out the kinks of the new firewall and settings. There are bound to be some growing pains. We truly appreciate you letting us know there was an issue, and if you can help me fix it for you, I would be very happy to do so.

I just ran into this issue.

I just ran into this issue.
Disabled my VPN, still an issue.
So I changed my DNS from NextDoorDNS to my IPS DNS, then it worked.
Thank you for that information. I really appreciate it. We had an issue that we just resolved today with a backend app that caused some problems. We removed it and I made some updates to the firewall and I'm hoping that will help.

I wish we didn't even have to go through the trouble of having the firewall at all, but we have a very shady competitor that has been attacking us with a service to destroy our business. Therefore, we have to keep these protections in place while the investigators finish compiling the data to prosecute them. We know who it is and we know what they are doing, so it is just a matter of finishing up the investigation before we can take action and end it.

Hopefully we can get back to business as usual without all the firewall stuff interfering soon.

Thanks again for getting me that info on what worked for you. I will see if I can use that to open things up further for specific DNS resolvers without allowing this competitor's attack to breach it.
