I order the 2" 4 door fender and quarter panel kit I love the look and I'm super excited. I didn't consider how much labor went into fitting, installing, and prepping for painting. Got one quote for 11k and up if they need to blend into the doors. Is this the going rate for this kind of work? Does anyone have any shop recommendations in or around Los Angeles. Thanks and take it easy on me in the comments it's my first time doing custom body work.

I thought they weren’t in business anymore. I’m not sure you will get much help with an ADV product here considering how much they screwed over Bronco owners.

They ought to be, but people keep supporting them :sneaky:.

@bigsluggg $11K might be a tad high, but it is going to be a lot of work. Shop around and see if they will let you talk to any of their customers concerning their experience. I will say they will look nice if a quality shop does the work. Well, until the first tree, rock or shopping cart makes contact

I had mine fitted and painted at my cousin's body shop out in San Jacinto. I'm not sure how much it would have been because I didn't pay cash, I horse-traded some things I had in my junkpile for it. Anyhow if you want to inquire with them, look up Mike McComas Auto Body in San Jacinto, CA. Ask for Jared and tell him I referred you. They've already done at least one Bronco with ADV hood and fenders that I know of :)

I bought these awhile ago during Black Friday sale and before I read about the hardtop issues. Sucks that went down, before they got involved in the hard top their rep was pretty good for the fenders I thought. I learned about them on this forum few years ago.

thanks for the advice and unfortunately for me the only contact I'm likely to encounter these days is the shopping cart
