2 Door rear seat delete. Goose Gear

Currently installed a goose gear system for the mean time for more room for traveling. Not sure if exactly what I want. would like to retain the seats and add a drawer system that is level with seats when folded down. Test run will be to Super Celebration, May pull it out after and start a custom fabricated idea.

Any ideas from fellow 2 door owners.

I removed (sorry, “deleted”) my back seat and never looked back. But my installation of a $37 horse stall mat looks kind of cheap compared to your whip.



edit: I guess one advantage of my setup is I can pull out my rubber mat in under 10 seconds and reinstall my factory seats in under 5 minutes. Or I could except I threw my seats in Grangers dumpster.

I've had the Goose Gear for 4 years now over a couple of Broncos and I would never go back. The back seats in the 2dr are rather useless. Honestly if you need more seating than the 4dr is your choice.

I deleted the back seats for my dogs and made a flat platform using T-slot extrusion and plywood. Have floor panels to access the foot wells. There is quite a bit of space under the rear panel for storage using the storage bin area. The jack is also accessible. Put some cool Milwaukee cleats I found on Amazon, too. Pretty handy for packing.

You could probably do something similar but smaller and just behind/level with the folded seats.
