Look at the wheelbase of the Raptor DR or Dakar Raptor. They ain’t using the OG Bronco wheelbase, wonder why the modern racers go long, four door wheelbase? ‘Cause it’s faster! For these it isn’t looks, it’s what works.

Question for the two door purists...suppose Ford announces a 2027 V8 option only available in the moar door configuration. Would you buy one?

No. I wanted the 2-door and the 2.7 has more than adequate power.

Maybe too much for the driver, but not too much for the vehicle

The two door with the 2.7 is available in the Stroppe model only-- been that way since 2025. The Auto 10 speed is the same transmission no matter which engine you choose.

The Stroppe is now a 4 Door.

Everything at Ford is part of their class system and their class warfare tactics are serious.

Two-door Broncos were deemed Boomers for actually looking like the original Bronco. Ford is now run by the had-it-too-easy class and they all have issues with their parents, so they have to hate on the two-doors that remind them how good things used to be before they were born.

Then, Braptors are the nepo babies born on third base acting like they hit a triple and they got big mad when a two-door V6 Badlands with a tune didn't sandbag the stoplight race and let them win as big as they have been used to doing their whole lives. So, they hate the two-doors too.

A lot of people seem to confuse a car with their identity.

Why not because the Stroppe 2-doors were flying off the lots. Well maybe after 6-7 months as seen at a local dealer

I say the same thing. I used to see bunches of 2-doors on every lot near me. It only changed when they started removing the 2-door option on some of the trims in 2024.
