FYI for those comparing the two, the Jks does not mess with the intercooler mount, it provides a spacer to stack on the grommet is all.
nothing is moved or modified you just pull the grommet and add the spacer and put the grommet back on.
You are correct, I just remembered that intercooler/skid plate bracket is dropped down due to the design of the body mount bracket.

I got confused because that bracket is used for two different components. The kit does lower the skid plate slightly though.

Got the new end links on before it gets too hot and The BOSS Walker Links made a world of difference. Immediately noticeable just rolling off the curb. Took it on a very short drive through a water retention area and I am now as happy with the handling as I am the looks.
excited for tires and to test it offroad at the Big Bear Bronco Bash in a couple weeks!

Did you have to do sway bar relocation to get these to work? Currently have the zone 2.25 on my 25 Stroppe with hoss 3.0.

I installed this kit on my 25 2dr Stroppe with Hoss 3.0. and only have one complaint. When the trunk is loaded with gear the rear end sags really bad. If anyone has a fix I’d appreciate it, or is this something I’ll just have to deal with the few times a year when it’s loaded.

I repaced my rear HOSS 3.0 springs to Eibach since the rear would sag so much with added weight. At first the rear was a bit stiffer and I was a bit bummed on the ride, especially when I went over a speed bump, but after roughly 2500 miles of driving, the Eibach spring broke in and I can fly over speed bumps like I did with the OG springs, I can barely tell the difference now, rides great.

Here is my small write up of what I did to my WT. Start a post 23 and read down to post 30, hope this helps.

Nope.
Doesn’t the Stroppe come with the disconnecting SwayBar?

A future project is to install the Zone 2.25” lift kit on my 2025 Bronco Badlands SAS HOSS 3.0…

Can any of y’all that’s running this lift kit, please share if they needed to install wheeler spacers to clear the stock SAS wheels/OEM tires?

Stock Wheel spec:
17” x 8.5 wide
30mm Offset

OEM Tire specs:
35” LT315/70R17

The online research I found resulted in adding wheel spacers if you’re running 37” tire. But nothing I could find about if wheel spacers are needed to run OEM 35” tires.

Also I got an email reply back from Zone OffRoad saying ”With the 315/ 70/ 17 tire there is a chance that will rub the sway bar and or the UCA. You may need a small spacer to bring the wheel out some to clear everything.”

The wording “chance…” and “may…” in the email left a sense of uncertainty in my illogical/logical noggin’/brain🧠.

So I figured I’d reach out to y’all that are running the Zone OffRoad 2.5” HOSS 3.0 lift kit in the real world💯 for your experience…

Much appreciated…🤙🏼

I did not have any rubbing for the couple of months I ran the stock wheels.
