Who hasn't had any cracks with their hardtops?

22 Badlands, 32k miles, garage kept, no cracks.

BUT cracks are just one problem with the hard top.
Incessant creaking and deafening wind/road noise are unacceptable annoyances that should have certainly been fixed by now. It would be extremely easy to remedy these issues if Ford actually wanted to (or cared). Their bean counters evidently tell them that it will ultimately cost less to just ignore these issues.

2023 4 door hardtop. Build date December 9 2022. Never garaged. No cracks or damage of any kind.

My 4 dr has a build date 9/24 and I bought it 11/24. It has been outside 95% of the time. It has less than 7,000 miles and shows no cracks. I ceramic treated it again this weekend and looked closely. I did see a very slight impression of the honeycomb with light at a specific angle but only up close. Not visible 3 ft or more away.

2024 bronco Badlands manufactured January 3, 2024 took delivery January 27, 2024, 34,000 miles. Stored inside and out, no cracks or other weirdness. Btw. It’s a 4 door

2024 Badlands 4-door MIC top built Jan 2024. Sat outside at Wisconsin Ford dealership on a stop-sale order for 20 months including one winter awaiting safety recall fixes for Bilstein shocks and backup camera. Purchased by me in Sept 2025. 6500 miles and stored mostly inside since except on weekends.

Apply 303 UV Protection every couple months. I have removed the roof panels several times, but not the cap.

Examined frequently and closely for cracks but no apparent defects.

If MIC top cracks after the warranty runs I’ll get it Line-X’d.

I own a 2022 2 door Badlands that has always been parked outside in the Nevada sun and the hard top has no cracks as of today.

2024 4-door 40k miles garaged every night. 80% highway miles living in the upper midwest. Almost never washed maybe 3 times in 2+ years.

2022 4-door Badlands. 50/50 for inside/outside parking. No cracks but my center section was replaced under warranty for warping during year 3. I take off the front and center panels a lot during the summer. Never take off the rear clamshell.

'21 4dr Wildtrak SQ - 50k miles with about 10k offroad, no cracks. Rear wiper mechanical cover falls off all the time tho.
