I just put my Bestop Twill on. It is definitely less convenient than the OEM for accessing cargo, but I prefer it by far.

@Cat came up from the deep south, well, ok.... Seattle area to get some Bling added to the new WildTrak she got about two weeks ago. So, deep in my Laboratory I came up with some stuff that would make that Gorgeous Cyber Orange Bronco POP !! added a proper Sasquatch Wildtrak badge, and then a knock off of the Concept Bronco from Ford, but with a little different "tune"...... I will let @Cat tell ya what hers says....
I also dig one for myself, just to create a sibling rivalry...... Enjoy the pics !!!!!

First off, Cat's 2022 WildTrak..... Ya can't have a cheap sticker on such a beautiful truck !!

On with the side Graphic (a sound wave, and yes, it works !!!) with help from a good friend !!!

Cat's is done in Matte Black to match the material on the Hood Graphic. The center part of the Soundwave has a special message, that is readable, with a soundwave reader. Only @Cat knows.... will she tell us all ???

A Mystery has begun......

Ok, I couldn't let my older Sister out do me, so had to make mine a little different..... Still has the Sound wave, which also works, but made mine to match my Handle.... so first word is "Ford", and then the middle area says " Bad_Bronco" . I blended the Kicking Horse from red to black leaving the red along the bottom for the Soundwave. I think it came out the way I thought it would.... not IN UR FACE, but subtle, and blends nicely with the Carbonized Grey. Here it is.... again, I am sure @Cat has some more pics to show....

And finally, both WildTraks together.........

I am grateful to @Bad_Bronco for his creativity and ability to translate my ideas into reality! I absolutely love the Sasquatch WildTrack badge and the Sound Wave Bronco graphics.

My Sound Wave says, "Ford 609 Days", which is the duration of my wait since reservation.

So wish me luck ya’ll - the hinge business was a major burr in my saddle, but along with some other issues, my local dealer is going to do repairs. I was expecting them to need to put in for warranty approval for paint work, but the service manager said they no longer have to do that. It may help that my primary concern was the adjustment of the rear doors. The bottom corner hits the body, and now there is significant bubbling starting on one door, and scraping on the other.

I next mentioned the TSB for the roll bar paint chips. I had already put on the IAG ppf, but I’ll sacrifice that to get the bar repainted and the contact points on the soft top covered. I’m not sure if they would have taken it for just the hinges, but the mgr was in agreement that it looked ridiculous and it should be painted to an exterior-level of quality. I’m losing it for the week, just hoping this doesn’t come back to bite me in the ass with mismatched paint. A loaner car would have been part of the deal, but he said that was the biggest “problem” right now. Luckily I have another vehicle so that won’t hold things up.
So moral of the story: if it bothers you, it doesn’t hurt to ask them to fix it.

It's a tri-coat, it pretty much can't match completely. Even the fender and the painted parts of the doorframe don't match here as it seems to be primer and tint coat, but not the base color coat.

Just the downside of tri-coats. That being said, they should be able to get the brackets to tie in with the door frame pretty good so that's consistent and it will be good enough not to attract attention.

But the color match is done so poorly, why would you go this route instead of just looking up the factory color for CO?

It's as if it's the primer and base coat, but they skipped the tinted clear because it was the most expensive component. Painted body panels should not mismatch that badly when showing off a build.

I don’t want it to match I like how it’s slightly different color.
