Does Ford not sell the grill in gloss black? I wanted to swap my badlands grill for the WT/FE version but Luxer said you have to paint it.

Most of the time anything Ford paints at the factory comes just in primer to the parts department. Reason being there will be no damage to the finish, and Ford will not be responsible for the color not matching your existing vehicles color.

It is paint to match. May as well save the $350 and just have yours reshot.

WT still comes with the gloss black grill. Probably going to be tough finding a trade partner since that is one of the few distinguishing features remaining of the WT.

Even if they did sell one it would probably cost more than painting. My local body shop quoted me $300 if I remove it from the vehicle. Still looking around, I feel I can get it for $200.

Sorry, I ended up painting mine gloss black. Just make sure if you do end up swapping with someone that they also have the front camera (looks like you have the lux), since that is part of the grill.
