FWIW, I have them on our wifeās Bronco Sport and I will agree after around 30-35k they become squirrelly to drive. I think theyāre still better than the Goodyears.
i recommend a hanger tool for the rubber bushings, but otherwise you should be in and out within an hour or so. PB blast the nuts now if youāre super cautious and let it penetrate the grime out.
I think having more power and torque is nice š¤·š¼āāļø The 2.3 is not stressed with extra boost and more fuel, its been around for over 10 years in the Focus RS platform making 450/450 reliably. the NEW MPC motor is to be seen but I dont seen why it wont have the similar record.
Yeah Iām not saying itās not okay to drive at 90, I just donāt feel great doing it. I accidentally hit the speed governor in our 2.7 10speed Bronco once before; while it felt completely happy to sit there at 106, I was not. White knuckling the wheel lol. Much different than the sports car Iāve...
I simply donāt drive that fast in the Bronco as it doesnāt feel comfortable. I try to stay under 75 tbh lol. At 75 6th gear is usable but still gets into boost.
Yeah, 4.46 with 37s is probably a rough combo! I have thought about going down to 33s myself, as most off-roading here can be done with them and no real loss.
