The problem is you can't do the window reset when this is happening because the window bounces back down as you're holding the switch up.
In the past I had to just leave my window up (manually inching it towards the top without it bouncing down) and then I'd leave it alone for a day or two...
Hi,
Sold my Bronco (don't wanna talk about it 😔) so I'm getting rid of all of the accessories I had. Located in Los Angeles.
Let me know if you have any questions about any of the items. If it's still on the list it's still available.
(Update: all sold)
Shine a flashlight or let the sun hit your paint and you'll probably notice a ton of swirl marks. Might not be as noticeable on some colors like your Robin Blue but they'll be there
I agree, the windows are terrible. They wobble and feel cheap, need resetting all the time, and there have been 2-3 occasions where one of my windows fully rolled down when the car was fully parked in my driveway/at work.
Worst thing about the Bronco IMO
Does it stretch long enough to connect to the inside roll bars to use for trunk/interior lighting? Can't tell if it's a fixed length or not
Always wanted to try doing that, might pick this one up if it'll reach
You have the same exact model as me, and I felt it made a noticeable difference on mine. You can probably get away with other suppliers as long as the specs/dimensions are similar
Would you be able to help look up the codes on my bronco as well if I send you my VIN? I took mine in for a repair at the dealer and they're saying they can't replicate the issue or fix it without a code, so I'm hoping this will help
Thanks in advance
I recall seeing a couple members on here try them out a few years ago. If I recall correctly, I think they had to slightly modify some of the sensor mounting points, but everything worked out fine in the end.
I'd recommend getting a takeoff mod bumper from marketplace instead if possible
