October 21 build date had scraping since new, just drove it anyways. took it in at 35000 for the TSB. order parts took a month. tech just texted me the transmission case is shot. New transmission ordered for next Tuesday it’s Thursday now. will update with results from new transmission

4019-2317 part number for Honda spicy tape. I have not had one come back eaten through spicy tape. Yet….. they just ate where the spicy tape wasn’t at 😂

The next step is a smoke test under pressure. This will determine if/where there is a physical leak and eliminate speculation

P05A1 is the front active grill shutters. they probably removed them to fit the intercooler, thats never going away. P0299 is underboost. it means its not getting the expected/requested boost pressure. Could be tune, could be an air leak in the intake tract. They have touched both. I cant help...

Nope that’s excessive leakage. Everyone has that weird moist spot where the reservoir attatches. Not the wetness at the spring perch

For reference the bronco in the pics has +3 front control arms. It’s 6” wider than stock before all that wheel offset
