I live right off Butler Hill and will keep an eye peeled for this if you live by Sinclair! Some mad man honking at you in a grey explorer sport.... its me, lol

They are currently working on that but the turn around to build out is about 4 years from what I have read. Unfortunately that may help some of us early reservation holders, lol
