Did you try a google search of the missing part numbers? Did you try Warn? I have them on my truck but I don't know if they can be measured. I'll check tomorrow.
No No, the agent doesn't determine anything. And if his insurance isn't enough to cover the damages, your insurance picks up the diff. His lack of ins determines nothing. Get the attorney involved if you want, but I just did my own case a year ago. You can always do a buy back and self repair if...
The problem with stiffer springs is that they are stiffer all of the time. The Sumo springs only come into play when towing if installed correctly, with an approximate gap of 1/2" between the Sumo and the frame. When towing, the frame will settle down on the Sumo and not allow bottoming while...
I noticed that you mentioned the soft suspension being a problem. There is no question that the rear suspension in stock form, is not up to the task of towing. I'm curious if you have done anything to address this? I picked up an off grid camper in TN (2600 lb. dry), and the first bump on the...
Shocks are Bilstein 6100's, clip position 6 in the front, clip position 5 in the back for a slight rake so it's level when towing. Plenty of room for wheel travel. The ride with these shocks and tires is much better than stock.
I think it's possible that you're lugging it a little. Too much boost for too long? Sweet spot is more like 3K in my experience with the same engine and trans, and towing with it. Or you may need a washout. Just my thoughts.
I have the Toyo AT3 in 285/75/17. I love them. I have the same Bronco as you do, except I have the optional beadlock capable Badlands wheels that were an option in 2021. Perfect fit. Super ride. Great aired down on the trail. Buy em!
Absolutely. Take to shop. Show shop. If they can't change tires with rings on, take it home. Remove rings, oil bolts, put rings and bolts in back for shop to reinstall for balancing and mounting.
I love the MT for off roading! This was our sketchiest trail to date. It made everything easier than it looked! And also confirmed why I don't want a Bronco that's wider than it needs to be.
I know what you mean. When I was climbing Engineer Mountain Road in CO, all those small, mid-sized, and large cars and SUV's were just sailing right past me! I was so disappointed.
Do you own the 2.3? Do you tow with it? What problems are you having? My 2.3L MT Badlands pulls our 3500 lb. off grid camper like a dream. Mountain passes, no problem. Steep mountain trails, no problem. Your setup must be way off. Contact me if you need help with your rig.
