I contacted Ford by phone and was given that status by the agent. Their description of No Hold was essentially that there were no constraints or anything holding up my order from moving forward "at this time"

Likely the 4 door for the ability to sleep inside when camping. Will depend on interior dimensions though, if the 4 door doesn't allow enough space to stretch out comfortably than I will go with the 2 door

I voted 2.3l since thats likely what I'll need to say with my decided budget. If the 2.7 is within $2k and not tied to a higher package/trim than I will definitely go that route. With that said, the 2.3 hp/tq figures already match what the V8 in my Lexus is putting out, and I loved the engine...
