Update, I got my answer that yes the BestTop hardware has to be removed to reinstall the hardtop panels.

Thank you for the reply. That’s what I was thinking and that’s a PITA. I’ll probably just continue to take the front two panels, on and off, until that becomes a bigger PITA.
