Now that looks like an excellent solution to engine bay fires. I like that it is an install and forget it. Often engine bay fires will start when you are not by your vehicle. This takes care of that.
Why not consider a cold air intake with a dry reusable filter. Mishimoto makes a good one.

As you asked about inclination, not side hilling, I can tell you that my inclinometer read 32 degrees on a very steep climb. I would think you could go steeper than that.

Good to see that gray is the number one choice. According to the chart above, the three shades of gray offered, garnered over 30% of all colours. It just goes to show, you can not beat gray!
There is obviously only one colour to choose, and that of course is gray. Gray is the greatest colour ever. It screams look at me, look at how different I am from everyone else. Nothing says, I am confident, I am decisive, I am the King, like gray does!
