If you're going for a particular 'look', the stock early broncos had a white painted grill. The 'Explorer' and 'Ranger' trims got the 'argent' silver paint. Those letters look spot on.
I kept.the little camera mount - and repurposed it for my winch controller socket
Just a thought...
My son's '63 Willys has left hand thread studs and nuts on the drivers side, and right hand thread studs and nuts on the passenger side -somone obviuosly thought that was a good idea backnin the day.
A Crafty S.O.B. might swap out a stud or two on the spare tire carrier for a...
I'm all for driving what you want - no insult intended and no body shaming on my part.
Just an observation after having owned my little '72 for the last 24 years, and thinking of the 'Bronco' name as a svelte little pony that can turn on a dime and go just about anywhere in the woods I want to...
I think if you camp often enough, you will have a few experiences like what you mentioned - arriving late, in the dark, and disorganized. I can also say that after a few of those experiences, it' only natural that a person gets tired of the disarray and begins to organize. I know where my...
If they only made Raptors without the ridiculous 2 spare doors... But then, they'd be almost as wide as they are long.
Everytime I see a black raptor going down the highway with those fat black flares sticking out... I get the visual of a morbidly obese older black lady, hips blocking the...
Yes, I found my unicorn - an eruption green, 2 door, 2.7l 'Outer Banks' version, used, May of 2022 build date, summer of 2024.
Came with the rear locker, 4.27 gears, and the previous owner put badlands 33" wheels/rims & KO2's on it. I've added skid plates to protect the underbelly better and a...
9 months searching.... but I had a ridiculous 'must have' list. Wife wanted auto transmission, I wanted 2.7l engine. Had to be green, had to be a 2 door, had to be built as close to May of 2022 as possible.
I wanted a twin to my Seapine Geen Explorer Sport, built May 24th of 1972.
Found it...
I can both feel and hear mine both lock and unlock when touching the right parts of the door handle. I especially like the fact it's quiet and no annoying 'chirp' or lights flashing to draw attention.
I've got what is probably almost a phobia about my fob in my pocket and other 'stuff' --...
My 2003-vintage T444E Navistar would beg to differ... single turbo on a V-8.
In Ford parlayance, it's the 7.3l turbo diesel in that era's F250/350/450 series.
Has a single Garrett 38mm turbo right on top rear of the valley.
