As with everything in life, follow the money. More expensive, monthly/annual fee, and tracking your location so that Ford can sell that data to advertisers.
Read the Washington State Lemon Law. I have attached a link. I think you have a strong case, but I am not an attorney. You should consult one. If you win the case, all legal costs are covered by the manufacturer.

I called Ford and the lady who answered the phone told me that my Bronco, which was built on May 6, is still waiting to be picked up. I find it hard to believe that Ford cannot figure out transportation logistics six weeks after the build completion date.
Did you buy the Bronco with all those modifications, and if so, did the dealer install all the aftermarket lights and parts? If the answers are yes and yes, the dealer is responsible if those modifications caused the issue.
