Not sure what you are towing or how often but this is an option if you are infrequently towing.
I rent a trailer for camping occasionally and this is what I use. Nice to not have something permanent if you don’t use it all that often.

I have tried everything including IAG and Mabett cup holders. Putting this cup holder between the seats is the most secure an easy to remove solution I’ve found. Very inexpensive too.
I have had three soft tops (years '21, '22, '24) over two Broncos with and without IAG struts. All three of the soft tops have had this problem to some extent and I am unable to remedy it either. I do think the problem gets worse with the frequency that I take out my windows.
I've chalked it...
Ford is selling the MIC top for $5,500. Several aftermarket options in that price range too. What sets your top apart is not many people have made them available for sale and you can't get them from Ford. It still is only worth what someone would pay for it.
I'd say the right buyer in your area...
I have the Putco lights installed and love them. They are very bright and look great. I have not put vinyl over them but I'd imagine that you could. If you were going to go through the trouble to cover up the selling feature (the brightness) of the Putco ones I'd imagine you'd just be better off...
I ended up upgrading to a Badlands and was able to find a slightly used Cyber Orange! So I’m still in the Cyber Orange club but always loved that Eruption Green!
I never understood this design. Why would you want it open air in the back and not in the front? If they ever made a Bronco like this it would be a hard pass for me.
Sounds like you are approaching it the right way getting out with a group. As a noob to off roading it can be nerve wracking attending something like a group ride without any previous experience or frankly knowing anyone. I will tell you I have been blown away with how friendly the off road...

You have to buy the port and have a PC computer. I did this and added sport mode and eliminated the double honk and the auto start stop. Easy peasy and no concern...
I don't know you or your situation so please know my advice is coming from a good place but a different approach.
Skip the winch and the lockers (for now). Find a friend, make a friend that also has a 4x4 vehicle, or join a club and start offroading. Not sure how much experience you have but...
