Yeah a lot of the Bronco content has dried up. I suppose that’s what being on the forth model year will do to you. I’ve pivoted to over landing videos and the such.
I’m really intrigued by the TOR tailgate reinforcement. I think I’ll buy one of those when my squatch needs new (heavier) wheels. I don’t know the weight others are rated for but from my research TOR looks to be the best.
Not an expert on trailers and don't know the specs on these, but have you checked out Scamp trailers? They are a fiberglass trailer known for being lightweight (not sure how light weight).

Perhaps one of these could help bring that nostalgia back? Congrats on the purchase, looks great!
She's a beaut! I have the same setup just with 4 doors. I bought it used as well and love the value you can get with it only being slightly used! Enjoy!
Never seen one and I think the market would be slim given its propensity to get dirty.
If money isn’t a constraint I’d look at a boat canvas shop or maybe a shop that repairs convertible tops. I’m guessing if you have the cash someone would be willing to make one for you.
I reused mine but @jharrell3623 had good advice and a suggestion for replacement on this thread: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/powder-coated-beauty-rings-and-painted-bolts.89056/#post-2164084
