Easy way to find it is to take a ballpoint pen and trace the crack with the pen, You will find a POI somewhere in that crack, it sucks i hate it for you! But it likely started from a chip, poi that you didn't even know you had.

Interesting and good conversation here regarding the 2 way vs. woofer for the kick panels. I think having the subwoofer delete in the back like i have and the 3 1/2s in the front it might be advantageous to have just woofers in the kicks. Hopefully others will chime in. OP thanks for starting...
