I've driven some real junk in my life that left me stranded more than once in real some inconvenient places in the days before cell phones, vehicles that I constantly had to wrench on to keep rolling. My Bronco would have to have some real catastrophic issues to get me to my breaking point.
If the guy running the place is a mean fat guy who yells a lot, and there is a kid hanging around with a really old red and white Plymouth.....run away, fast!!
My wife and I have been together for 25 years, married for 23, so we're past those activities. We actually go to watch the movies. Lol!! Plus, the lack of room inside this little buggy isn't exactly conducive to that stuff. Lol.
Now my '79 Bronco that I had when I was in my late teens-early...
Washed mine yesterday and took it to the drive-in last night. We have a local drive-in theater that only shows 35mm films, so it's all movies from before around 2003. They show a lot of vintage films. Last night's movie was "Bloodsport".
I was buying used, so it made my research and searching more critical. After months of research, i determined I wanted a '24 Badlands 2-door 2.7 with the washout interior and the High/Lux package. I was undecided if I wanted a Sasquatch or Non, so I kept it as a lower priority. I ended up with a...
My initial thought was "Who sits around and thinks of this crap?" Then it progressed to "Who cares what other people spend their money on?" It smacks of having been written by someone who can't afford a Bronco.
I bought my '24 Badlands because it's a continuation the 2G and four 4G Broncos...
About 375 miles from the Lehigh Valley in PA to White River Junction in Vermont. I had a price point to work with and was buying used. I wanted a '24 two-door Badlands with a 2.7, a washout interior, and the Lux package. I didn't care if it was a Sasquatch or not, and wasn't too fussy about the...
Thanks for the invite, but this weekend I am attending an Antique Motorcycle Club of America show down near Reading with one of my vintage Harleys going through judging.
Oh yeah. I've had 5 older Broncos, currently have an '89 XLT project. I'm a traditionalist....there is no such thing as a crew-cab Bronco for my driveway.
