The DV8 Team is great to work with. They are here in Arizona along with ADD, Flatline Van, Rago and C4 Fabrication. The ADD Manufacturing facility is impressive.
You can do it without pulling the bumper completely. You just have to reach up under there. It is easier if you loosen the bolts so it drops down a little bit though. That is what I did. And YES, I messed up the factory sensors bezels as well. Partly because I was tired an impatient after...
Sensors were the toughest part to get dialed in. I changed the rear bezels to the flat ones and used the existing on the front. They are pointed down a bit and do line up. I took a photo on my mod bumper beforehand though.
There were zip tie tabs along the bull bar and also underneath where the in bumper light bar is and the pocket light bar are. Lots of them. I would check with their support. I ran everything along the bumper and up in to the driver side battery compartment area
I just posted up this run in the Arizona Broncos Club here and also it is posted on our Facebook page and www.arizonabroncos.org. Our friends at DV8 OffRoad are joining and sponsoring this run!
