Yes, I just used spray silicone. Not sure long it will last. It was more of an easy way to test my theory than a permanent fix. But maybe it will last.
@itbesandrodoe I have an AAL shelf as well and their drawer system. For me it is definitely the brackets that hold the upper portion of the roof to the roll bar. I was able to get a torx bit end and used a wrench in there to tighten it. Most of the squeak seems to be fixed.

I had the same issue with my Trailrax. It sounded like a case of water bottles rubbing together in the back seat. For me the culprit was the bracket that holds the roof itself to the roll bar on the driver side. I was able to loosen up the torx bolts and put a little lube in there and tighten it...
