I would very much advise against using it. My husband and I once tried to use a spare that was "only" about 17 years old and it didn't even make it a mile.

My biggest concern about "autonomous" vehicles that hasn't already been covered is what happens when the software crashes while the car's in heavy traffic or at highway speed and if the human "driver" is even paying attention, they simply may not have time to go through whatever process is...

Makes sense to me, if that's something you'll be carrying a lot. I'm not into golf myself, but I understand the clubs can get pricy. My husband and I are concerned about securing his toolboxes and other work equipment.
