Lots to unpack here :D
First of all, no matter which way the brush is facing, I assume it is filthy and filled with rocks and never use it on the paint.
Which model did you buy? This one?
That's the correct way for that specific design which has the small secondary under roller. That diagram...
(y) Very cool, glad it worked out! Great photos and the weather looks perfect for exploring the woods. Make sure to join up on the PNW Broncos Facebook group (if you haven't already) and check out the Events tab for more runs: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/18Q453quks/
Sorry I missed this the other day. They are correct- we set off from the Rock Candy Mountain trailhead and drove west on B-Line/Rock Candy Mountain Rd. towards Porter Pass. From there, you'll hit the powerlines which have a bunch of 4x4 trails braided underneath them. Those trails run all the...
Thanks Eric- you taught me everything I know! Always a good time out on the trails with you
There is a local volunteer group that puts in a bunch of work to create some neat features - there are several more boat-ramp style features that get much harder and require much more capable vehicles...
Had a great day out at Tahuya ORV Park in Washington State. Met up with @ThunderFlash and @ezapar 2 to explore the trails. Tahuya is a mix of tight & twisty trails, large areas of standing water, and some man-made rock features. Continuously impressed by the capabilities of our Broncos
Enjoy...
Haven't updated in a while, been busy with other things.
Finally killed our M190 pretty high up in the Mountains in January. Luckily, we were able to make it back down in 2wd.:
Installed a 4.46 M210 w/ e-locker (y) Not a bad job and I found a few tricks along the way. The hardest part was...
In February, a group from the PNW Broncos club went out to Capitol Forest in Washington State to play in the rain. Good times in the greasy mud under the power lines with 16+ Broncos including @ThunderFlash. Checkout the PNW Broncos FB Page for more events in the area...
Simply incredible! Such an inspiration to see what man and machine are capable of! (and you Ironmanned the whole thing, 36hrs?!?) Looking forward to following your racing in 2026 🤘
We just ran it in a non-sas Black Diamond on 35s with Wildtrak Fox shocks and swaybar disconnect. We had no trouble doing the full loop without the front locker. I wouldn't want anything less than that though. I'm not sure it's possible without the rear locker but as you said, that first large...
oh man, 105°F is hot! I'd be struggling out there without much shade, I bet the slickrock is extra grippy though!
I don't think he was making a comparison about Boise to any other place....
Very cool, saw your videos and they looked intense!
Make the trip! - it's worth the drive and it goes by quicker than you'd think. Even after driving all week, the return trip was pretty effortless.
We only have a rear locker and we needed to use it quite a few times. A front locker would have...
For sure 😀 We'll have to plan a group trip next year!
I saw that on the map, but we were pressed for time and didn't venture down there. From the videos, it looks like it would be extra spicy in a 2-door!
Totally! 😀
That fancy red one looked great out there with the Rebelle livery on it! Driver did a great job tackling all of the Moab terrain too!
The driver's side had a bit less room 😬 just a little anxiety inducing!
