My opinion is that the Estimated Delivery Dates mean nothing until you get a Rail Car Number. FMC will update it every couple of weeks until they finally get it right.
Once it actually gets on a rail car it still takes 2-3 weeks or longer to get most places, so the chances of it arriving with...
I went through the same thing as did many others on this thread. My dates are on my signature and you can see some long waits on spreadsheet.
The best part is, once you do get it, FMC will congratulate you like they have been there the whole time.

Agreed. My Build date never got bumped either, but it was 27 days from my blend until Built notification.
Until you get the "Shipped" notification those ETA dates mean nothing, but they will keep updating as if they do.
