Hey, I know this is an old post but what ended up happening? My 3500 mile bronco also has a ringing/tin sound coming from the HPFP when engine is under load. Sounds when you press gas and stops when you let go.
Thanks!
Is this normal?
Narrowed it down to the high pressure fuel pump on the 2.7L that's located passenger side right up against the firewall. Confirmed with a rubber hose as stethoscope, lol. Sound kicks in a couple seconds into video and you can hear it turn off and on as I let go of gas pedal. It...
I got you lmao. This is literally my setup. I have Falken AT3Ws though. I have a non sasquatch badlands and nothing rubs but I haven't done any really crazy articulation yet.
So, Method 706 at 17x8.5 0 offset and At3W at stock size of 315/70/17
2023 V6 2 door Bandlands here with 2300 miles. Heard this noise last night for the first time after a long 45 min drive. It was obvious and pretty loud and sounded exactly like the videos and came from the front of the truck.
Parked it for the night and the noise was gone in the morning but I...
As a heads up.
The BBB is just yelp with a clever name. It is not an official Bureau of any sort. They have no more pull than google or yelp reviews.
Pretty crazy how they have managed to fool people for so long.
Just keep in mind that ceramic coating will only make your paint hydrophobic. It will not protect your paint from scratches or swirls.
PPF is only worth it on extremely expensive exotics or collectibles in my opinion. Spending 10% of the worth of the vehicle just to protect the paint is absurd...
Huh lmao? I think XM radio sounds like crap. It's an improvement over FM/AM but not by much. Just use your phone and whatever streaming app you want.
Either way the Bronco's sound system is completely trash. I hate it and I'm gonna have to upgrade it soon.
gotcha. I mostly meant it as a precaution to possibly stop something like this from happening in the first place. It helps with plastics not drying out but I don’t know if your issue is that.
did anything abrasive sit back there? Do you car try passengers a lot who might have dusty or sandy...
I feel like a broken record saying this because I'm always recommending this product but here it is again... :)
Everyone needs to apply Aerospace 303 to literally everything plastic and rubber on their Bronco including the vinyl seats. Thank me later!
I have the Blymak3D ones meant for sasquatch. They are, in my opinion, the most clean and OEM looking mud flaps on the market. Their construction and simplicity is amazing as well. The only thing is you need to have the OEM rock sliders.
I needed to slightly trim the inside part of mine because...
The BBB has zero power over anything. It's literally Yelp for boomers. They somehow scammed the public into thinking they are a legit bureau of some sort.
So, don't bother with that one. Just leave reviews on google and yelp.
