As for your "Bonus Question," you would have to modify the foglight housing to fit the 3" cube and its brackets. It's plastic, may not be too hard to do.

As Silver-Bolt said above, the license plate covers the fairlead opening.
I haven't mounted it yet as I am waiting on a different fairlead and hook. The Yankum Ropes fairlead I purchased fits, but the inner structure of the ARB bumper...
ARB supplies a cover plate for the area the winch control box would stick through. I relocated the control box to the engine bay as I didn't want to cut the lower part of the grill. I can post a picture when I get home.
Any issues with hood clearance with the BAMF Bracket?
Looking to do the same with a Smittybilt X20. It's control box looks a little smaller than the Warn.

The shop that installed my bumper said the skid plate would need to be "modified" to work. I told him to leave it off and I would look at it.
Less than 15 minutes and a 15mm ratcheting wrench and its on.
I drove the Badlands on 33s at the Texas Off-Roadeo in October. I chose to drive it because I have a non-Sasquatch Badlands.
With 4 people in it, we used the skid plates a lot more than the Sasquatch Broncos, but handled all obstacles with ease.
