This will not work with the Ford Intelligent Access system in our Broncos. The authentication request sent by the vehicle module to the keyfob, is unique per instance.

This is exactly correct. I'm not sure which trims / packages DON'T include Intelligent Access, but I think that it is included in all MID and higher packages, so, most Broncos DO have it.

I printed up a couple sets of these (also in PETG) but didn't have much luck with the retention/snap feature that holds the two halves together (breakage). I'm going to draw up something similar in F360 when I get some time, and see if I can get a better result.
