    USA rail runs the yard that unloads the cars. Trucks come in labeled Road USA and take them out but there’s also dealer rigs and hot shot services that get cars too. I’d call Rail USA Midwest City. Do you have a rail car number? Sometimes buyers pick up directly as well

    Yes and Platte is UPs largest rail yard. A bad order means a bad wheel bearing likely. Right before the holidays they maybe short on crews. They normally take chains and secure the wheel truck lift the entire car and the wheels come out and stay on the ground. Not sure it can be done with...

    I don’t unload them, there’s a crew of black guys that come for that (not trying to be racist just hard to miss 20 guys all black) . I see dually all the time but never a dump, lots of cab and chassis.

    True, this one came from Southern Pacific originally then likely UP. AOK got it from the KYLE line in southern Kansas. We have another tunnel motor from Genessee and Wyoming. I didn’t know anything about them till I started here.
