Update, door module is on order to be replaced.

Add me too. Started last year, RR window. At first it just happened once in awhile. Window auto up goes 3/4 stops suddenly and goes back down. Took to dealer and couldn't be duplicated. Then last Monday coming back from Carson City NV on US 395 accidentally rolled down RR and it did it again...

I have same issue but dealer said they couldn't find the rattle. Bronco has been at dealer for 3 weeks now. Waiting on hard top.

Could you post more photos and info on your Gobi rack. I'm interested but reluctant. Maybe even a video of operation. Gobi is very slow to get more info out and not much help so far.
